That the Council meeting of September 10, 2024 be called to order at 7:00 p.m.

That the agenda be approved, as presented.

That the Public Meeting be called to order.

That the Public Meeting be closed.

That the Minutes of the August 29, 2024 Special Council Meeting and the Minutes of the September 3, 2024 Council Meeting be approved.

That Council approve the award of the grave excavation and cemeteries maintenance contract to D.G. Younge Cemetery Services for a period of 2 years with an option for a one additional year.

That Council support declaring roll # 102904002030450 as surplus land.

That By-law 2024-62 being a By-law to amend By-law 2023-33, being a By-law to prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters, be given first and second reading.

That By-law 2024-62 be given third reading, signed and sealed.

That By-law 2024-63 being a By-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to amend the zoning on lands known as 848 Burnt Hills Road, be given first and second reading.

That By-law 2024-63 be given third reading, signed and sealed .

That Council resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole "Closed Meeting" to consider the following items: a) P ersonal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Clerk's Department b) Approval of Committee of the Whole Closed Session Meeting Minutes (August 13, 2024 and September 3, 2024)

That Council authorize and delegate to the Chief Administrative Officer the authority to action the direction received in closed session.

That Council rise from the Committee of the Whole “Closed Meeting” and the Clerk report.

That By-law 2024-64, being a by-law to confirm generally all actions and proceedings of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading.

That By-law 2024-64, being the confirmatory by-law, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

That the Council meeting of September 10, 2024 be adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
