Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of November 17, 2015 be called to order at 6:00 p.m.

THAT Council move into closed session to discuss matters relating to litigation.

THAT Council rise and report and instruct staff to bring forward the settlement proposal for Johnson Point OMB to the December 1 meeting.

THAT Council approves the minutes of the November 3, 2015 Council meeting.

THAT Council approves the minutes of the November 10, 2015 Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT this issue be deferred.

THAT Staff be directed to investigate alternative compensation models for non-union staff including performance based options and to report back to the Corporate Services Committee for their recommendations.

McDougall THAT Council supports the Sydenham Triathlon and authorizes the Supervisor of Arena and Recreation to enter into a new detailed one event agreement with Somersault Events for the hosting of the 2016 event based on the conditions/responsibilities outlined below and agreed to in principle by Somersault: THAT Council directs the Supervisor of Arena and Recreation to evaluate the success of the 2016 event and previous year's events and bring forward recommendations on forming a longer term agreement with Somersault or issuing a Request for Proposal for future events.

McDougall THAT Council cancel the following meetings: • Committee of the Whole Meeting - December 22, 2015 - Cancelled • Council Meeting - January 5, 2016 - Cancelled • Committee of the Whole Meeting - February 23, 2016- Cancelled

THAT By-law 2015-60 be given first and second reading.

THAT By-law 2015-60, being a by-law to approve a list of names for future roads and private lanes and the re-naming of existing roads/lanes in the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2015-61, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading this 17 day of November, 2015.

THAT By-law 2015-61, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading, signed and sealed this 17 day of November 2015.

THAT the Council meeting of November 17, 2015 be adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
