Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of November 3, 2015 be called to order at 7:00 p.m.

THAT Council approves the minutes of the October 20, 2015 Council meeting.

THAT Council approve the minutes of the October 27, 2015 Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT Council approves an amendment to Schedule A of By-law 2014-71 with respect to the term of the Corporate Services Committee to change the expiry of the term to December 31, 2016.

THAT Council receives for information the Accounts Payable and Payroll Listing dated November 3, 2015 in the amount of $864,741.18.

T HAT Council authorize the ownership transfer of the Sydenham Library to the Township; AND THAT the CAO be authorized to sign any legal documents required to process the transfer; AND THAT the legal costs related to the transfer be assumed by the Township.

McDougall THAT Council approves the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Framework and the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Framework to facilitate the writing and revision of policies: AND THAT Council adopt the Health & Safety Policy statement.

McDougall THAT the November 10, 2015 Committee of the Whole meeting commence at 5:00 pm in open session and proceed to "closed session".

THAT Council receives for information the minutes of the following committee meetings: • Portland District Recreation meeting of September 28, 2015 • Loughborough District Recreation meeting of September 28, 2015 • Storrington District Recreation meeting of September 28, 2015 • Portland District and Area Heritage Society meeting of October 21, 2015

THAT By-law 2015-59 being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading this 3 day of November, 2015.

THAT By-law 2015-59, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac be given third reading, signed and sealed this 3 day of November 2015.

THAT the Council meeting of November 3, 2015 be adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
