Committee Of Adjustment

THAT the June 11, 2026 meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of South Frontenac is hereby called to order at 7:02PM.

THAT the Committee hereby adopts the Agenda for the June 11, 2026 Committee of Adjustment meeting.

THAT the Committee hereby approves the minutes of the May 14, 2026 Committee of Adjustment meeting.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application PL— BDJ-2026—0043,for property municipally addressed as 2087 Washburn Road, allowing the creation of one new rural residential lot, being 0.4 hectares in area and having 60 metres frontage on Washburn Road, subject to conditions.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application PL-ZNA—2026-0044,for property municipally addressed as 2087 Washburn Road, to allow the severed lands of associated consent application PL-BDJ— 2026—0043 to be 0.4 hectares in area and to have 60 metres frontage on Washburn Road.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application PL—ZNA—2026-0042,for property addressed as 22 Attwood Lane, permitting a Class 4 sewage system to be constructed 19 metres from the highwater mark of Bobs Lake, subject to conditions.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application PL-ZNA-2026-OO45, for property addressed as 4996 Battersea Road, permitting an addition to an existing workshop to establish an 11 metre interior side yard, subject to conditions.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application PL-ZNA-2026-0046, for property addressed as 1277 Sheila Lane, permitting a 16.5 square metre deck to be constructed 7.85 metres from the front lot line and the highwater mark of Sydenham Lake, and 6 metres from the top of bank, and to allow a 46.5 square metre deck to be constructed 17.1 metres from the front lot line and the highwater mark of Sydenham Lake, subject to conditions.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby defers application PL-ZNA-2026- 0049 for property municipally addressed as 2327 Keeley Road, to allow the applicant or their agent time to work with planning staff to implement noise mitigation measures in association with the operation of a dog kennel.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application PL-ZNA-2026—OO49, for property addressed as 2327 Keeley Road, allowing a kennel building to be constructed a minimum of 35 metres the nearest shared lot line and a minimum of 100 metres to the nearest residential dwelling, subject to conditions.

THAT the June 11, 2026 meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of South Frontenac is hereby adjourned at 8:46 PM, to reconvene on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 7:00PM, or at the call of the Chair.
