That the Recreation & Leisure Services Advisory Committee provide the following recommendation to Council: That Council approve the expansion of the Day Camp program to the McMullen Beach Site with space for 25 campers for 2024; and That Council endorse the extension of the recruitment and retention plan for qualified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards into 2024.
