Recommendation 1: That the Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment Board approve an amendment to the Budget Administration By-law to change the annual financial update schedule; and That By-law 2026-03, being a by-law to amend By-law 2025-03, Budget Administration, be given first and second readings; and That By-law 2026-03 be given third reading. Recommendation 2: That the 2025 Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment Board Financial Statement attached to Report Number 2026-03 as Exhibit A, be received.
