That David Herrington be elected as Vice Chair of the Frontenac OPP Detachment Board.

That the agenda be approved, as presented.

That the minutes of the December 18, 2025 meeting be approved.

1. That By-law 2026-02, being A By-law with respect to the Use of Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment Board Resources During an Election Period, attached as Exhibit A to Report 2026-01, be given first and second reading. 2. That By-law 2026-02 be given third reading, signed and sealed.

That the Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment Board resolve itself into Closed Meeting to consider the following item: 1. Approval of the December 18, 2025 Closed Meeting Minutes.

That the Frontenac OPP Detachment Board rise from the Closed meeting without reporting.

That the March 19, 2026 meeting of the Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment Board be adjourned at 11:06 a.m.
