That the Development Services Committee support the Township's application to the Rural Economic Development and Rural Innovation Initiative Programs for the service delivery improvements outlined in the Directors report dated August 22, 2019, and And that the Development Services Committee recommend that Council approve a pre-budget expenditure towards the project, subject to the receipt of funding through one or both of the programs.
