Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of August 5, 2014 be called to order at 6:00 p.m.

THAT an opportunity having been provided the public meeting be closed.

THAT a public meeting be held to discuss planning matters related to: • Zoning By-law amendment in Part of Lot 23, Concession III, Storrington District

THAT Council approves the minutes of the July 8, 2014 Council meeting.

THAT Council receive for information the Accounts Payable and Payroll Listing dated August 5, 2014 in the amount of $944,456.02.

THAT Council approve the tangible capital asset policy as presented in the agenda package.

McDougall THAT Council approve an additional expenditure of $100,000.00 for Patterned Concrete and Retaining Walls to the Rutledge Road Construction Project, Tender PW-2014-08, with funding from the Road Construction Reserve.

McDougall THAT Council cancel the following meetings: • September 9, 2014 • September 16, 2014 • September 23, 2014 • September 30, 2014 • October 14, 2014 • October 21, 2014 • October 28, 2014 • November 11, 2014 • November 18, 2014 • November 25, 2014

McDougall THAT By-law 2014-47. being a by-law to delegate authority to the Chief Administrative Officer, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-49, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Special Limited Service Residential- Waterfront Zone (RLSW-83) to Special Limited Service Residential- Waterfront Zone (RLSW-94), Part Lot 23, Concession III, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-50, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to execute a licence agreement between the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac and Ralph Emerson Boston, be given third reading signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-51, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac be given first and second reading this 5 day of August, 2014.

THAT By-law 2014-51, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading, signed and sealed this 5 day of August, 2014.

THAT the Council meeting of August 5, 2014 be adjourned at 9:42 p.m.
