McDougall THAT Council approves the Public Services Committee recommendation that staff engage additional resources to develop criteria and identify liability with regards to increasing service levels on partially maintained roads.

McDougall THAT Council receives for information the minutes of the following committees: • Storrington Recreation meeting held March 24, 2014 • Public Services meeting held April 15, 2014 • Portland Recreation meeting held March 31, 2014 • Portland Recreation meeting held April 28, 2014

THAT By-law 2014-35, being a by-law to authorize an extension agreement pursuant to Section 378 of the Municipal Act, 2001, be given third reading signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-36, being a by-law to amend By-law 2002-98 and By-law 2008-63, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

McPhail THAT the Bedford District Recreation Committee recommend the replacement of the old sign on the building with a new sign indicating the building be called "Glendower Hall, Township of South Frontenac".

THAT By-law 2014-37, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac be given first and second reading this 3rd day of June 2014.

THAT By-law 2014-37, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac be given third reading signed and sealed this 3rd day of June 2014.

THAT the Council meeting of June 3rd, 2014 be adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
