McPhail THAT Council receives for information the minutes of the following committee meetings: • South Frontenac Recreation Committee meeting of January 20th, 2014 • Public Services Committee meeting of January 21st, 2014 • Loughborough District Recreation meeting of January 27th, 2014

THAT By-law 2014-15, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) to Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-15), Part Lot 25 Concession I be given third reading signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-16, being a by-law to assume the Public Works in the Deer Creek Estates Phase 2 Subdivision Plan 13M-79 be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2014-17, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac be given first and second reading this 4th day of March 2014.
