Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of November 5th, 2013 be called to order at 7:00 p.m.

THAT the minutes of the October 22, 2013 Special Council meeting be approved.

THAT the minutes of the October 22nd and October 29th Committee of the Whole meetings be approved.

THAT Council require ALL Township vehicles to be clearly marked.

THAT Council apply $488,336.00 from the working funds to fully fund the water plant upgrade liability.

McPhail THAT Council approve the Accounts Payable and Payroll Listing dated October 31st, 2013 in the amount of $1,636,748.19.

McDougall THAT Council award the provision of electronic voting services for the 2014 municipal elections to Intelivote Systems Inc.

McDougall THAT By-law 2013-69, being a by-law to authorize an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services, be given third reading signed and sealed this 5th day of November 2013.

THAT By-law 2013-71, being a by-law to approve the waiving of the notice of requirements under By-law 2002-100 and the renaming of Alton Road to Alton Road East and Alton Road West, be given third reading, signed and sealed this 5th day of November, 2013.

THAT By-law 2013-72, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading this 5th, day of November 2013.

THAT By-law 2013-72, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading signed and sealed this 5th day of Novemer 2013.

THAT the Council meeting of November 5th, 2013 be adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
