Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of July 2nd, 2013 be convened at 6:00 p.m.

THAT an opportunity having been provided, that the public meeting be closed.

THAT Council approves the minutes of the June 11th, 2013 Committee of the Whole Meeting.

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting held June 11th, 2013 be approved.

THAT Council approve the quotation of Denchem Ltd for the supply and mixing of Protek WTS for the Township of South Frontenac's 2013/14 winter season at a cost of $48,546.21.

THAT Council receive for information the listing of the Accounts Payable and Payroll for the period ending July 2nd, 2013 in the amount of $2.029.448.68.

THAT Council approve Option #3 as contained in the Planning Report dated June 26, 2013 to rezone the south portion of the subject land to permit construction of an accessory building.

THAT Council authorize an exemption under Section 4 of By-law 2001-67 ( the Noise By-law) to permit an outdoor festival concert event to take place on August 2 to 4, 2013, on property described as Part of Lot 13, Concession VII, municipally knows as 3060 Sydenham Road.

McDougall THAT Council support the appointment of Councillor Barr as the Council Representative on South Frontenac Recreation Committee.

McDougall THAT Council agrees to ratifying the Collective Agreement with Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4336, said agreement to expire March 31, 2016.

McDougall THAT Council receives for information the minutes of the following committee meetings: a) Bedford Recreation Committee meeting held April 10th b) Bedford Recreation Committee meeting held June 6th

THAT By-law 2013-43, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Urban Commercial Zone (UC) to Urban Residential First Density Zone (UR-1) , Part Lot 9, Concession XI, Portland District, be given first and second reading.

THAT By-law 2013-43, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Urban Commercial Zone (UC) to Urban Residential First Density Zone (UR-1) , Part Lot 9, Concession XI, Portland District, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2013-44, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading this 2nd day of July, 2013.

THAT By-law 2013-44, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading, signed and sealed this 2nd day of July, 2013.

THAT the Council meeting of July 2nd, 2013 be adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
