Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of June 18th, 2013 be called to order at 7 :00 p.m.

THAT a public meeting be held to discus planning matters related to: a) Zoning By-law Amendment Z-13/06, Part of Lots 9, 10 & 11, Concession VI, Loughborough District (Frontenac Condominium Co) b) Zoning By-law Amendment Z-13/07, Part of Lot 18, Concession IX, Storrington District (George) c) Zoning By-law Amendment Z-13/08, Part of Lot 9, Concession XI, Loughborough District (Showler)

THAT the minutes of the May 7th, 2013 and May 21st, 2013 Council meetings be approved

THAT the minutes of the May 14th, 2013 and May 28th, 2013 Committee of the Whole meetings be approved.

McDougall THAT By-law 2013-38. being a by-law to appoint members to a Committee of Adjustment/Land Division Committee, Police Services Board, Corporate Services Committee, Public Services Committee and Rideau Valley Conservation Authority, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

McDougall THAT By-law 2013-40, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Rural Commercial (RC) Zone to Rural (RU) Zone, Part Lot 9, Concession XI, District of Loughborough, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2013-41, being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-75, as amended, to rezone lands from Special Residential (R-5) Zone to Rural (RU) Zone, Part Lots 9, 10 & 11, Concession VI, District of Loughborough, be given third reading, signed and sealed.

THAT By-law 2013-42, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be read a first and second time this 18th day of June, 2013.

THAT By-law 2013-42, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given third reading, signed and sealed this 18th day of June 2013.

THAT the Council meeting of June 18th, 2013 be adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
