THAT Council approve the holding of special events for dog agility trials on property described as Part of Lot 4, Concession IV, Portland District on the dates of June 7-9th, June 15-16th, September 14-15th, October 5-6th and October 19th, 2013, including overnight stays for up to approximately twenty travel trailers/campers, provided that all septic and garbage disposal is appropriately addressed.
