Council Meeting

THAT the Council meeting of May 1st, 2012 be convened at 7:00 p.m.

th THAT the minutes of the April 101", 2012 Committee of the Whole meeting be approved.

-f/ th THAT the minutes of the April 17 ,2012 Council meeting be approved.

That Council of the Township of South Frontenac authorizes AECOM to submit annual reports for Township Waste Disposal Sites to the Ministry of the Environment as required by the sites' Certificate of Approval.

That Council approve in recognition of the collection of "All Plastics," an increase of 2% on the base contract amount to be provided to the recycling contractors, WJS Renovations and Percy Snider, retroactive to June 1, 2011.

THAT By-law 2012-29, being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2012-29, being a by-law to provide for governing the proceedings of the Council, the conduct of members and the calling of meetings be given a first and second reading this 1st day of May 2012.

That By-law No. 2012-30, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to enter into a subdivision agreement between the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac and RKR Landholdmgs Corporation: Valleyview Estates Subdivision; Loughborough District be given first and second reading this 1st day of May 2012.

THAT^CoimcU approves the payment of the Accounts Payable Voucher May I" 2012 in the amount of$7i7,341.80.

That Council approve a refund in the amount of $600 to Walter and Cheryl Silver.

That Council of the Township of South Frontenac approve the submission of "our strength is our community" as the Township of South Frontenac motto.

That CouncU of the Township of South Frontenac receives the Utilities Kingston Annual Report 2011 for the Sydenham Water Treatment as presented at the Committee of the Whole Meeting April 24th, 2012.

That By-law No. 2012-30, being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to enter into a subdivision agreement between the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac and RKR Landholdings Corporation: Valleyview Estates Subdivision; Loughborough District be given a third and final readmg this 1st day of May 2012.
