THAT the committee recommend to Council awarding the Investment Services contract to Johnson, Johnston and McRae and: THAT the investment policy be reviewed with recommended changes being brought back to Corporate Services for Discussion.

THAT the committee recommend to Council that the Treasurer be authorized to extend the current period under section 357/358 tax adjustment under the Municipal Act to up to five prior years in cases where the property owners did not contribute to the delays in the timing of the adjustment request.
