THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby adopts the agenda for the October 10, 2019 Committee of Adjustment meeting.

THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves the minutes of the September 12, 2019 meeting of the committee.

THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application S-17-19-L by Jeffrey & Jocelyn Ingle to convey a lot addition located at Part Lot 24, Concession 7, being part 1 on Plan 13R21669, District of Loughborough, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as Minutes of Committee Of Adjustment October, 10, 2019 5319 North Shore Road, consisting of approximately 0.75 acres of vacant land to be merged to adjacent property municipally known as 5385 North Shore Road, subject to conditions.

THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application S-18-19-P by Robert Leonard, to create one new lot located at PArt Lot 10, Concession 8, District of Portland, Township of South Frontenac, Boyce Road consisting of approximately 4.5 acres with approximately 78 metres of road frontage, subject to conditions.

THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application S-19-19-B to convey a lot addition from property located at Part Lot 1, Concession 4, being parts 6 & 7 on Plan 13R19636, District of Bedford, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as 220 Abrams Lane, Desert Lake consisting of approximately 1.7 acres and 171 metres of water frontage to be merged with an adjacent property located at Part Lot 1, Concession 4, municipally known as 42A Windy Bay Lane, Desert Lake, subject to conditions.

THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance application MV-31-19-P by Larry & Jennifer Eastman, located at Part Lot 7, Concession 10, being parts 1-6 on Plan 13R9026, District of Portland, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as 2114 Hambly Lane, Hambly Lake topermit construction of an enlarged upper deck with stairs consisting of 423 ft2 to be attached to the existing dwelling located 20.7 metres from the highwater mark and to increase the maximum lot coverage from 5 percent to 9 percent, subject to conditions. THAT the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance MV-32-19-S by Brian Morrison & Cherie Stewart Located at Part Lot 9, Concession 1, Lot 22 Part Block A on Plan 544, being Parts 15-22 on Plan 15881, District of Loughborough, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as 1004 Lucas Lane, to allow the demolition and re-construction of a 342 square foot deck with re-location of staircase and landing to be attached to the existing dwelling at a minimum setback of 6.1 metres (20 feet) from the highwater mark, subject to conditions.

THAT the October 10, 2019 meeting of the Township of South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment is hereby adjourned at 7:29 p.m. to reconvene on Thursday, November 14, 2019 or at the call of the Chair.
