THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby adopts the agenda for the April Committee of Adjustment meeting.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of adjustment hereby approves the minutes of the March 14, 2019 meeting of the Committee.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application S-04-19-S by Harmsen Construction to create one new lot approximately 5.3 acres in size at Part Lot 20, Concession 2, District of Storrington, municipally known as 4107 Moreland-Dixon Road.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby approves consent application S-05-19-S by Danny & Nancy Page to create one new residential lot in Part Lot 13, Concession 10 being Part 2 on Plan 13R11868, District of Storrington, municipally known as 5595 Battersea Road, subject to conditions.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance application MV-05-19-S by Harmsen Construction, Part Lot 20, Concession 2, District of Storrington, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as 4107 Moreland-Dixon Road to permit deficient road frontage for the new lot created in consent application number S-04-19-S.

Page 2 of 3 Minutes of Committee Of Adjustment April, 11, 2019 THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application MV-06-19-S by James Fleming, Part Lot 21, Concession 2 being Part 9 on Plan 13M11, District of Storrington, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as 3945 Middle Woodland Drive, Collins Lake to permit the construction of a new 743.16 square foot deck within 3.4 metres of the Environmental Protected lands, in the EP-4 Zone.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby defers making a decision on minor variance application MV-08-19-B by Stephen Finlay & Sandra Catana to allow planning staff, committee of adjustment members and commenting agencies an opportunity to undertake a site visit once conditions are favourable.

THAT the South Frontenac Township Committee of Adjustment hereby approves minor variance application MV-09-19-L to permit the construction of a new two- storey cottage and decking at 18.8 metres (61 feet) from the highwater mark of Gould Lake.

THAT the April 11, 2019 meeting of the South Frontenac Committee of Adjustment is hereby adjourned at 7:39 p.m. to reconvene on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or at the call of the Chair.
